Do I need to be home during the service? ▼

No, you don't need to be home. We can access most gardens through gates and side passages. Just let us know in advance about any special access instructions.

What happens if it's raining on my scheduled day? ▼

We work rain or shine! Bad weather doesn't stop pet waste from accumulating, so we'll still provide your service. We will only rescedule if the weather makes it to access and clean your garden.

How do you ensure my property is safe? ▼

Our team members undergo rigorous and ongoing training to ensure that we are working in a safe and professional manner. They are also fully DBS checked, and hold public liability insurance. We're always very respectful of your property and will be sure to follow any special instructions that you may have for us. We're also careful to close any gates when we leave your property.

Absolutely! We clean up after dogs of all sizes. Our pricing includes the first dog, with just £3 extra for each additional dog. Whether you have chihuahuas or Great Danes, we've got you covered.
